Ok, I know this may be annoying but...

I just HAD to share these latest of Rachel. Posting my own kids is a little of a guilty pleasure I guess. I am a Mom first after all. These were taken after Ms. Audrey straighted her hair and she demanded I take her "pit-chur" right away. Let me just say that I ran to the studio with her. My kids NEVER ask to have their picture taken so I just soaked it up! Enjoy! I'm biased but I think she's stunning!





Oh and I forced poor little Nathaniel into a basket outside. He was very nice to me about it but was totally not going to sleep for us and like it! Thanks Christine and Krystal for all the help!

Father and Sons [DALLAS FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHER]

This was awesome! This poor father wasn't too sure about me or the locations. After the shoot, he seemed a bit apprehensive as to the outcome. I was elated when he told me he was very pleased after seeing his images. I always tell my clients to just trust me and I was so happy this father did. It didn't hurt that the guys were ALL so photogenic. The youngest was a little shy, but has the most stunning blue eyes and angelic face. His older brother was a natural born poser! Thanks guys for letting me spend some time with you!

It's taken me a while to post, but wanted to share. This was a special shoot. You could really tell the connection with these two in their images. They really had fun and had so much love for eachother. E was a real poser when she relaxed. Such a beautiful girl and a beautiful Mom too. Thanks guys for letting me capture these for you!

Nathaniel Stephen

Well, I'm back!!! I meant to do so much on maternity leave and stay in touch, but I apparently can't function and hold the baby. Can't make phone calls or answer... might disturb Nate! Can't type well either... might have to put Nate down and we can't have that! 8-)

Nathaniel Stephen Rogers came on June 15th at 1:16pm. I'm sharing his birth announcement with you on this blog! He already has his own little personality and if anyone (like his mother) thought he would just come along and be laid back, realizing he was the 4th kiddo and chill, they were mistaken. Nate is, instead, determined to make his presence known and not be pushed around. And you know what... I kinda like that about him! So welcome to the world Nathaniel... we love you!!!




Of course I have to mention and update on the siblings!! Jake turned 8 in June and Rachel turned 3 in July! I picked my favs from their individual shoots to share with you. Threw David's in for fun.






NOW, I want all my clients to know that I am back and that I am accepting bookings again. I took quite a bit more time than I first expected, but Nathaniel is my last little newborn and I cherished every minute of my leave. I am ready now to get back at it. I am limiting my sessions to 2 per week for the next couple of months. I may increase in October and November for the holiday season and as Nathaniel gets more independant. Just drop me a note and we will find the perfect time for you and your families and I've missed you all! I want to thank all those clients and blog surfers for checking in on me while I was out!

Proving it's never really to late to do your Senior Shoot! These prints will be going in Thank You cards instead off the announcement. Great idea if you have to wait till later in the game. BUT, it's never too early either! I suggest starting in the September timeframe for your Senior Shoot. This gives you plenty of time!

It is so exciting to see families grow!! This family has been coming to me since their maternity session. I can't believe that this little doe eyed cutie is ONE already! I had to blog some favs, but will probably add to or repost. There are some cute images of her smashing some of her cupcakes that I'm working on now. Just wanted to get a few to Mom and Dad!
